Now isn't this the cutest monkey you've ever seen??
And the sound effects were pretty great, too! What a doll, my nephew is...thanks for sharing the picture (and video clip), Cassie.
a place for us to stay in touch
I think this is his "come hither with more crackers" look. So perfect with his new hat. (Thanks, Cassie for sending this to me.)
Both of those images were taken at Brad and Mandy's rehearsal dinner last Friday. Can you tell which one of us is sober? My oh my, did I have a good time. McMenamin's (sp?) makes an excellent porter. Thankfully I didn't pay too heavily the next day and I remembered MOST of what I did and said. It was a good party. =) [It's a lizard behind Rob's ear and a sea anemone on my head, both table decorations gone awry.]
Ok, I can't resist, I'll post one wedding picture. Not of the bride or groom but of my sweet, sleeping nephew, Will. In that moment, I was one contented auntie.
As many of you reading probably already know, my little nephew Will was baptised on Sunday (that's Grandpa P. on the right). Unfortunately, we missed the event. From the account I've heard, it was a lovely ceremony and a good time was had by all at the after-party. The pictures sure look like it. They make me want my July visit to come more quickly! He looks like he's getting quite the personality.

I've got pictures! As most of you know, on February 28, 2007, I officially became an auntie! Now and again, I will most certainly be posting pictures of the handsome lad, William Everett. Consider this the first of many installments to come. I hear he's tracking sounds and movements a lot more now, gaining his very own personality. One of a morning person perhaps...
I just got back from a "run" with Tiika. I say "run" because it seemed like barely a jog. I was quite ok most of the time when Tiika wanted to stop to sniff something. Usually I get quite annoyed when she does this and we're out exercising on her leash. This is why having access to a trail where she can run free is so important for us in a new place to live.
